Dr. Alexander Liberov

CEO 

  • Dr Alexander Liberov has gained over twenty years of international experience in many areas of application including energy. His multidisciplinary background unfolds from business development to logistics, factory management, sales, service and M&A.
  • PhD degree in Marketing from State University of Hamburg 
  • Post-graduate degree in Business Administration, Erlangen, Germany 
  • 1996-2012 Siemens AG, Healthcare, Energy Divisions: appointed several leadership positions in business development, logistics, factory management, sales and service, including M&A in Germany and USA 
  • 2012-2015 Siemens AG, Mobility and Building solutions Divisions: acts as CFO in the Asia-Pacific region with HQ in Singapore 
  • 2015-2018 Siemens AG: acts as CFO in the CIS Region 
  • 2018-2023 Siemens AG: acts as President and CEO in the CIS Region with business responsibility for 1.5 billion Euro Revenue, 9 factories and approx. 7000 employees 
  • Board memberships: Board Director in Solydera Group (2023-now), Chairman and Board Member of Association of European Businesses (2016-2023), Chairman of the Board in JV UralLoko (2018-2022), Board Director in Siemens Signaling Pte and Pty, Singapore and Australia (2013-2015)

Howard Sutton

Chief Operations Officer

  • Proven COO with over 30 years experience of taking high tech products from R&D to volume production
  • 10 years experience working for large corporations, Thales, Nortel networks.
  • 20 year experience of start ups, VisionTek, Ceres power, G24i, NGB, Qualus, SolydEra
  • Founder of 2 start ups, one successfully grown and sold to US Company
  • Built 8 factories from concept to full production
  • Successfully raised over £30m of funds from venture capital, private equity and government funds.
  • Global experience including setting up and running facilities in Singapore, Italy, UK, Germany, Canada.
  • Technical expertise in precision electro – optics, medical devices, solar cells, waste to energy and fuel cells.

Giovanni De Lorenzi

Group General Counsel

  • Graduated in law at the University of Padova in 2006.
  • Master course on Advanced Studies in European and Transnational Law at the University of Trento in 2006.
  • Italian qualified lawyer since 2010.
  • Business partner attitude: always played in-house roles within different industries, from fashion to engineering, becoming a legal and compliance expert.
  • Enthusiastic about Intellectual Property protection and contractual management.
  • His contribution aims to keep the business compliant with laws and regulation, helping the organization to “make it happen”.
  • His mission is to spread the legal culture within the Group, supporting the Management in the development of a legally and ethically sustainable business.

Mats Christer Pramborn 

CFO

  • Degree in Finance and Economics at the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden. 
  • Proven CFO with over 20 years’ experience gained in the industrial sector. Semperit Group, CEAG AG and Boeing are some of the companies he worked for. 
  • Having worked and lived in multiple countries both in Europe and Asia, Mats has gained extensive international and operational experience in multicultural environments.
  • Mats is married and has one daughter. 

Lisa Matzeu 

Global Head of People & Culture 

  • Degree in Work and Organizational Psychology, Specialized Master’s degree in Human Resources  at SDA Bocconi and 24Ore Business School, executive education in Agile HR and HR Project management. 
  • Extensive experience mainly in the industrial sector, in international and national contexts, both in country and global roles. 
  • The common thread that connects all experiences is transforming the People&Culture function into a P&C Strategic Business Partner, through a method approach and, at the same time, sensitivity in understanding the organization in order to customize solutions. 
  • Her motto is ‘The People&Culture function makes things happen. It’s like oil allowing engine gears to turn, where the gears are the business functions and the engine is the whole company’. 
  • She is driven by transparency, integrity, excellence and passion.
