Role Overview
We are looking for a Production Operator to join our Production Department.
Within the Production Department, the selected candidate will be responsible for the production, handling and assembly of ceramic cells, playing a key role in supporting the manufacturing of the stack.
The role involves working in one of the production phases and performing hands-on activities such as operating automated tools and machinery, following technical specifications and process instructions, measuring ceramic powders, handling liquid solutions and operating furnaces.
This position requires excellent manual skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to carry out repetitive operational tasks with accuracy and care, ensuring high quality standards throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities

Load and unload materials from the production line

Set up, operate, monitor and perform pre-start checks on production machinery and automated systems

Support internal logistics activities to ensure continuous supply of raw materials to machines

Collect and input production data using IT tools

Use specific equipment and tools for production activities

Perform quality control checks during production

Keep the work area clean, organized and compliant with standards

Carry out minor routine maintenance on tools and machines
-
Report anomalies, malfunctions and production defects to supervisors

Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and workplace procedures
Skills & Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role within a production environment (candidates from pharmaceutical or food industries are preferred)

Technical diploma or professional qualification is a plus

Ability to stay focused while performing repetitive tasks

Good knowledge of IT tools and data entry systems

Experience operating production machinery and automated lines

Ability to identify issues and malfunctions in the production process
